Custom Metal Caps

This project required custom metal caps with high surface quality and precise dimensional control. The client needed compatibility with multiple finishing processes.

We achieved daily production of 30 caps with a surface uniformity of 99%. The anodized layer thickness reached 15µm, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Through process optimization, material waste was reduced by 10%, improving cost efficiency.
