Custom Titanium Alloy Chassis
This case involved the development of a custom titanium alloy chassis for high-performance structural applications. The client required a lightweight yet strong solution capable of supporting complex geometries while maintaining high mechanical strength.
We utilized precision stamping and advanced forming techniques to achieve the desired structure. Through engineering optimization, we ensured that the chassis maintained a tolerance within ±0.05mm, guaranteeing accurate assembly and stability.
The prototype was completed within 7 days, achieving a 30% reduction in development time compared to traditional processes. Additionally, the final structure achieved an 18% reduction in weight while maintaining a material strength exceeding 450MPa.
