The client needed a reliable solution capable of supporting high-speed data transmission, stable signal output, and multi-device compatibility.
Our engineering team focused on optimizing circuit design and shielding techniques to ensure minimal signal interference. By improving PCB layout and integrating advanced signal protection components, we achieved data transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps while maintaining stable performance. Signal stability was improved by 25%, ensuring consistent connectivity even when multiple ports are used simultaneously.
The hub integrates six functional ports, including USB, HDMI, and power delivery interfaces, allowing users to connect multiple devices through a single USB-C port. Plug-and-play functionality ensures compatibility with major operating systems without requiring additional drivers.
During production, precision assembly and strict testing procedures were applied to verify functionality across all ports. Each unit underwent signal testing, compatibility checks, and durability validation.
