Portable Power Bank
The portable power bank project was designed to provide a reliable and high-capacity energy solution for everyday consumer use. The client required a product that balances capacity, portability, and safety while supporting fast charging capabilities. To achieve these goals, our engineering team focused on optimizing battery selection, internal structure design, and power management systems.
We selected high-quality lithium battery cells with a total capacity of up to 20,000mAh, ensuring sufficient power supply for multiple device charges. To enhance charging efficiency, we developed an optimized circuit design that improved overall energy conversion by 18%, reducing energy loss and improving performance. The integrated battery management system (BMS) plays a crucial role in maintaining safety by protecting against overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, and overheating.
In terms of design, the internal layout was carefully arranged to minimize space while maintaining structural integrity. This allowed the product to remain compact and easy to carry. The full charging cycle was optimized to complete within 6 hours, providing convenience for users who require quick energy replenishment.
During manufacturing, we utilized automated assembly processes combined with strict quality inspection protocols. Each unit underwent capacity testing, charge-discharge cycle verification, and safety checks to ensure consistent performance across all batches. Our production system supports both small-scale and large-scale manufacturing, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
The final product delivers stable output, long service life exceeding 500 cycles, and reliable safety performance. This project highlights our expertise in battery-based product development, efficient manufacturing, and quality control, providing customers with dependable energy solutions for modern electronic devices.
